Mobile gas-processing system for high-voltage SF6 equipment (EP-L 525)

A system for start-and-adjustment and maintenance purposes in operation of stand-alone high-voltage SF6 insulated equipment. Installation is possible onto any type of vehicles or trailers of at least 1500 kg load capacity. Manufacture of custom-made products is available

Geoinformation system

The spatial information system arranges and stores spatial information and provides access thereto. This is a new model of efficient economy management, nature management, city-infrastructure management and industrial enterprise management. The GIS creation results in training of highly skilled specialists and generation of software-hardware complex including: hardware, software, data (electronic database, design, engineering and managerial documents, cartographic materials), information communications. A full-scale GIS or its separate components can be developed and installed upon customer's request

Mobile LU-7-2 - accelerator-based radiography system

A system for X-ray radiography of large-size containers using an X-ray film or in real time, with the image displayed on video monitor. The system ensures high processing reliability and efficiency. For easier transportation, it has modular design and can be installed on two trucks or a flatcar. It can be completed with a diesel generator for off-line operation in the field.

Radiation-processing system (RTK-LU-7-2, RTK LU-10-20)

It is designed to sterilize medical tools, to process agricultural products prior to long-term storage, to process food products to kill pathogens, to modify polymers and make novel materials on their basis (in particular, to treat sliding surfaces of skis, tire-covers, oil and oil products); to test advanced radiation technologies. RTK-LU-7-2 is also applied for large-size object X-raying by using X-ray films, in real-time with the image displayed on video monitor. For easier transportation, it has modular design and can be installed on two trucks or a flatcar. It can be completed with a diesel generator for off-line operation in the field. The system is to be paid-off within 1 or 2 years
 

Small-size pulse X-ray ARSA irradiator

The device can be used to irradiate donor blood and its components, as a high-performance sterilizer for small-size object surfaces as well as for radiobiological research and radiation resistance tests of electronic equipment. It operates in modes of single pulses and pulse trains at a preset pulse rate. The irradiator is environmentally sound and is an alternative to isotopic irradiators.

Inter-processor exchange system

A system to implement information exchange among computing modules and allows their integration into a unified multiprocessor system. Upon customer's request, the system can be optimized and upgraded subject to specific conditions.

Electrode array to produce refined copper

The electrode array is designed to produce refined copper and nickel. It includes a titanium or stainless-steel sheet to which a bimetallic (copper-titanium) current distributor is welded. Advantages: lower power consumption, higher output and grade of produced material; and increased lifetime of the electrode. Pilot and small-batch production volumes can be provided.

Bimetallic conductive clamp for electric power circuits of tram-trolley-bus enterprises

 

The crucially novel design of the bimetallic (aluminum-copper) transitional clamp allowed providing: decrease in junction resistance of the conductive clamp, high corrosion-resistance of clamps, lower operation costs due to increased lifetime of bimetallic clamps. Pilot and small-batch production volumes can be provided.

Bimetallic fender guards for oil tankers

 

These are to maintain safety of an oil tanker due to no sparking when the tanker leans against a berth or other vessels. The service life of the fender guard is 5-8 times longer. The product is manufactured on a pilot production or small batch scale.

Laser optical element-apodizer

 

The optical element is designed around a cell with a dye solution, for spatial pattern improvement of the laser beam and isolation of large-aperture laser amplifiers. The cell is applicable in high power laser facilities of different wavelength range.
