Youth policy

To date the one third of those occupied in RFNC-VNIIEF are under 35 years old. The fundamental goals of the youth policy, pursued by RFNC-VNIIEF, comply with the “Strategy of the state youth policy in the Russian Federation” (the decree of RF Government of 18 December, 2006). These goals include revelation, promotion and support of the creative activity of the young generation in social-economic, public, political spheres and sports; as well as providing support in lodging for the young couples. All of the above will make it possible for the young people to realize their potential and to gain the well-deserved recognition.
The following measures are undertaken to achieve the above listed goals:
• Support and popularization of the initiatives, set forth by the young people in social and economic spheres, technology and scientific-industrial developments;
• Support of capable, initiative and talented young people;
• Encouragement of young people, involved into solution of the problems of interest to the Institute;
• Arrangement of festivals and competitions according to types of activities and interests;
• Involvement of young people into innovation international projects within science and technology;
• Popularization of the national spiritual values: the conception of Motherland, patriotism, service in the name of native country, active civic position, responsibility;
• Involvement of young people into creative, sportive and scientific associations;
• Generation of mechanisms, supporting young families, including arrangement of startup conditions;
• Establishment and support of public organizations and associations for young people.

Administration of the Institute pays much attention to the problems of young generation. The meetings of the beginners with the leading scientists and managers of the Institute, at which the current and perspective activities of RFNC-VNIIEF are discussed alongside with the acute resent-day problems, have become a good tradition.
